Grant Application Procedure

It is helpful to contact The Actuarial Foundation prior to writing a proposal so that you can discuss your ideas and request the additional information available to assist you in writing the grant proposal. You may view the Proposal for Funding describing the necessary steps to follow when writing the grant request. You must answer all of the questions as outlined completely in order to be considered. The Foundation will assist you in finding the volunteer actuarial mentors as required in Section V of the Proposal for Funding.

Preference in funding is given to innovative programs that satisfy the unique opportunities and needs present in a local community – and do not simply replicate existing grant programs.
