The Actuarial Foundation combines forces with various research and educational communities to advance the power of actuarial science by supporting individual research grants, awards and prizes.

These activities provide the profession with high-level actuarial research exchange via symposia, published research and background work for textbooks, as well as peer recognition for actuarial excellence.

The Actuarial Foundation is accepting papers for nomination for the John Hanson Memorial Prize. This prize recognizes the best paper each year on an employee benefits topic.
