Mr. Stonewall has nearly 30 years of employee benefit consulting experience. Prior to joining Deloitte & Touche LLP, Mr. Stonewall (a pension actuary by training) founded and built one of the most respected pension actuarial consulting and administration firms in the Northwest. His experience includes:

• Pension plan consulting and actuarial services

• Design of incentive compensation, deferred compensation and other executive compensation.

• All aspects of 401 (k) plan design, implementation and operations

• International benefit plan evaluation and benchmarking.

• Employer stock programs (ESOP's stock option plans, stock purchase plans).
