younger widows with dependent children, divorced women, women in domestic
partnerships, disabled persons, and wives of disabled persons. Panelists
include: Melissa Favreault, Research Associate, Urban Institute, Washington
D.C.; Heidi Hartmann, President and CEO, Institute for Women's Policy
Research, Washington D.C.; Kilolo Kijakazi, Senior Policy Analyst, Center
on Budget and Policy Priorities, Washington D.C.; Evelyn Morton, Senior
